It is completely up to you. I recommend the gym a few days per week to get some heavier weights and some machines, but if you need home workouts in order to succeed, you will have access to those as well.

Yes, the minimum commitment period is 3 months. After that, you are welcome to cancel with a 1 month notice to fill your spot.
